Every year at Lubbock Christian Master Follies the club performances are interwoven with songs by a group of three hosts and three hostesses.

The hosts and hostesses for Follies 2013 are pictured on stage during dress rehearsal.

The hostesses for the 2013 edition of Follies are Devon Langford, Sarah Jarvis, and Stephani Whaley. The hosts are Jacob Hamil, Aaron Parrish, and Colton Crawford.

Some numbers are performed as a group, but each musician also chooses a solo. The pieces are carefully rehearsed and choreographed all through the month leading up to the show. The hosts and hostesses work closely with Dr. Philip Camp, their director, who helps get them show ready.Senior music major, Devon Langford, has been a hostess the past two years.

"I have wanted to perform on stge my entire life," said Langford. "Follies is the perfect avenue for me to get to live my dream of being on stage singing and dancing and entertaining people."

She is particularly excited to be performing alongside fellow musicians, Sarah and Stephani. They were among the first hostesses she ever saw and helped inspire her to participate in Follies. Over her years at LCU, she has also become close friends with them. She appreciates getting the chance to perform with them whenever she can.

"Colton, Jacob, and Aaron are so fun too," Langford added. "They bring such a lighthearted atmosphere to rehearsal. It makes rehearsing for hours so much more fun."

The show opens tonight at 7:30 pm and there are two performances on Saturday, a matinee at 3:00 pm and the show wraps up for 2013 at 7:30 pm
